I don't want to wait to see if I get accepted into the community college I am in. The technical college offers the same degree I can obtain @ Community College or university. I am really concerned about hospitals taking my degree seriously and hiring me because of my degree type. I spoke to the advisor of the college and she said that I am still eligible for the same board exams and is Accredited by the Respiratory Therapist Organization. It would just be another name on my diploma. What do yall think I shoudl do? What would yall do??? All the answers from Honest people are truly, truly appreciated...Thanks and God Bless!!!

want to get a membership in the gym to work with an instructor and get some muscle, but I feel intimidated since many of the guys working out in the gym are those jerky meatheads and a skinny lifting weights would be a perfect target for making jokes and stuff ( trust me, New Jersey is heaven for that kind of people lol ). A while ago i wasted money buying a weight set and a press bench but working by yourself is never the same than working out with an intructor since you dont have any idea about what you are doing. I really want to see results and Im willing to work really hard but the embarrasment to go to the gym is what is holding me back.
Any advice??

me and my boyfriend for a over a year just recently broke up, but its not the first time. he started hanging out with dif. people and changed, he told me to "let go" but yet he calls me every single day atleast 2 times, but i havent answered it. im trying to make him realize that im not there whenever he wants me to be anymore...so does anyone know what i should do...talk to him or just keep him thinking? i want him to be the same person he used to be..so i guess making him think im not here or dont care anymore will make him want me back and will change the way he is...does anyone know what i should do or where im coming from?!

WHen a Christian or other religious group or person tries to convince anyone of their beliefs and view points people get angry and say things like stop trying to convert me! Or Stop pushing your views down my throat!

But if a non believer tries to convince a religious person that they are wrong and to take on their beliefs instead its never considered the same thing. Why? Its clearly the exact same thing just different sides of the debate.

BTW: before any religious people or atheists start getting angry for no reason saying I DONT DO THAT! Fine but some on both sides do!

when i boot my pc from windows xp disk and install the setup files to the installation folder, and already formatted and partitioned, it restarts and instead of goin into windows xp setup in windows, it restarts the windows (dos) installation and goes to the part that i have already completed, like nothing has happened, im wondering wether the hard drive has some sort of malfunction or the disk is mucked up but the first installation comes back up like i have put the disk in for the first time.

Before you go right and say use paint please read on. I am trying to get a pic off the internet, right click- save as. it does not give me the option to save as jpeg. nore can i open it with a program, such as paint. Any other options?

When I used to go out on the town with my buddies (about 3 years ago) I didn't do as well as these two who were far and away the Casanova's of the group. We were all about equally physically attractive (give or take). They were much better at the small talk.. I wan't good at staying in small talk and would progress away from it quickly making me look too serious. So I figured I wasn't much of a ladies man. Anyway now that I'm married the situation is different. I have a number of very attractive female friends (all single) who are very friendly and familiar with me. I can feel the sexual charge and they keep getting as close to the line as possible without crossing it. Meanwhile I don't think I am doing anything differently except not trying to pick them up. Can anyone explain this? Am I delusional?
If not delusional: did I change or did the ladies change?

I desperately need an idea for a persuasive speech, but I don't want it to be the same old boring gun control, abortion, health care, marijuana, etc. topics. Who REALLY wants to listen to more of that?

I need something funny.

There are plenty of things that I'm sure I could do that are out of the norm, but I also need to be able to cite some credible sources. This is my main problem.

Does anybody have ideas for a funny persuasive speech that I may actually be able to find some sources for?

This cat has been here for a few weeks now and he will actually push my cats out of the way when I try to feed them so he can eat their food. Also this stray cat now will rush over to me when I open the door and will eat realy fast. This morning he won't eat the food I have put out. I don't know what is wrong as I can't see anything wrong. I usually call the vet when in doubt but what could I say? Also I can't catch it to go to the vet as it still doesn't let me pat him and I also don't have a car here today. The animal shelter and pound are not an option as they will put him down rather than help him. He ate last night so what could have happened in 12 hours overnight?

US President George W Bush has promised extra help to tackle Kurdish rebels in northern Iraq, following talks with Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Mr Bush offered to share intelligence with Turkey and declared the PKK rebel organisation "an enemy of Turkey, a free Iraq and the United States".

Turkey has threatened to hit bases used by the PKK (Kurdistan Workers' Party) unless the US and Iraq do more to help.

Mr Erdogan said Ankara saw it as very important that there was a unified approach to tackling the PKK rebels."As strategic partners we are fighting jointly against terrorism in the world," he said.

He warned that the stability of the whole region would be affected by what happened in northern Iraq.
