When I used to go out on the town with my buddies (about 3 years ago) I didn't do as well as these two who were far and away the Casanova's of the group. We were all about equally physically attractive (give or take). They were much better at the small talk.. I wan't good at staying in small talk and would progress away from it quickly making me look too serious. So I figured I wasn't much of a ladies man. Anyway now that I'm married the situation is different. I have a number of very attractive female friends (all single) who are very friendly and familiar with me. I can feel the sexual charge and they keep getting as close to the line as possible without crossing it. Meanwhile I don't think I am doing anything differently except not trying to pick them up. Can anyone explain this? Am I delusional?
If not delusional: did I change or did the ladies change?

No, you are not delusional. You changed. At least in the women's eyes. Now you are married. You are "safe". They can be friends with you, tease you, and even be courageously flirtatious. And they don't have to be concerned with you coming on to them. You're married. You are safe. And don't think your wife doesn't hear all about it from them! Because she does.

For years as a single female, I felt I rarely got hit on/flirted with... then as soon as I was in a relationship, suddenly I was the girl 5 or 6 guys wanted... I started getting more confident that I was attractive to some guys at least, as well as keeping myself busy and happy with my own hobbies, and noticed I started to get a lot more attention between relationships too.
Whether you're male or female, you're more attractive when you're more confident, and you're more attractive when you don't care if they're attracted to you or not (such as when you already have a great person to share your time).

Forbidden fruit!!! It's the sweetest on the tree!!! Women begin to take notice when a girl they know is hot begins to takle notice in you as well! Or you get married! Then all of the sudden they have to have you!!! It's the nature of the beast!!!

What a newbie...women want what they cant have. A ring is like a chick magnet. One of my single buddies would put on a ring just to go out with us...he got more more booty than a pirate!!

I've often noticed that when people are attached, they attract people more easily, and when they're unattached, they have a harder time attracting people. I think that some psychologists would probably say that it's because you often feel happier and more secure when you're attached, and when you feel happier and more secure, you attract people more easily.
