Human nature wants explanations, human nature wants to describe, it does not necessarily want to sanctify it.

Of course! We always sanctify what we can't control. For instance...we revere and sanctify Nature because it brings us life, happiness, pleasure, pain, sadness, etc...
We can't really control it's forces...we can only adapt to them.

Edit: Bob Dylan, seriously? LMAO!

Edit: *Burns Bob Dylan album* (screams) "I'm a rebel and Bob Dylan SUCKS!!!!"

Yep.

Anyone remember when it was blasphemy to criticize Bob Dylan?

I do.

Witchy, seriously! In the late sixties through the seventies, the Hip-eousie allowed no criticism of Dylan. You were considered a heretic in all ways.

Human nature can sanctify nothing. Only God can sanctify anything.
