What options ARE you given when you right click - save as?

With Paint, you are limited to three basic formats, .gif, .bmp, and .jpg.

Paint is a simple, basic, bare root program, and because of this there isn't a whole lot you can do with it. It's ok for simple graphics, but leaves alot to be desired when it comes editing photos.

If you plan to work alot on graphics AND photo's, I suggest getting PhotoShop, or Corel Draw. They are excellent, and you can do alot more with them.

Try using the Print Screen Button in your keyboard. Is on top of insert and then paste in paint or any other picture program.

Do a Shift+Print Screen then paste it into paint or PaintShop and crop out the bits you don't want. Then save it as a jpg.

Some websites DO prevent downloading "Copyrighted" images. There may be a link there to obtain it legally from the author.

If not, you're out of luck.
