ok well i guess there is this guy who lives in my town who gives tattoos and i think piercings too in his basement, and like a couple of ppl i know go there to get tattoos. (he doesnt have parents sign a contract unless they are under 16...then he calls their parents) i guess he has a licence...thats what they said, and i really want to get a tattoo or piercing but idk how safe it is?? please help??

My grandmother is from tahiti, she moved to NZ when she was 17, she has now passed but when she was alive my uncle was able to obtain a french/tahitian passport, my question is am i and or my mother able to obtain a french/tahitian passport, and are you still able to have dual passports these days, we have all the paper work etc, i havent had luck looking for information thanks

Why so much drama :( Right now between all of my friends their is drama! We are all freshmen, but sometimes i think i am the only one who thinks all this is STUPID! Please help!! Read this and you may understand!

1.) my best friend Shelly has a boyfriend (their relationship is fairly new) and when ever Shelly and all of our friends want to go do something for the weekend he ALWAYS comes with her. I don't mind that her boyfriend comes with group but i do get pissed when Shelly gives 98% of her attention to her boyfriend and blows all of us!

2.) Our other friend, Vanessa, flirts with Shelly's boyfriend behind Shelly's back and even right in front of her. SOOOOOOO many people have noticed it and have told Shelly (including me). Shelly tried telling Vanessa but Vanessa completly denied everything and then was all pissed at Shelly. But Vanessa always talks to me like nothing is wrong, and she bad mouths my one friend named Alyssa, Alyssa and Vanessa Hate eachother but i'll get to that

Okay Me and my husband have been together for 5 years. and we have 3 small children. i am 25 and he is 21.
i just want to know How do I know if he still loves me anymore after all these years. He has done some pretty hurtful stuff behind my back im sure you all know what im talking about! But that left me feeling pretty bad and jealous. I t ry to trust him but cant find it in myself. He says he loves me but it seems like just a routine thing when he says it. like there is no meaning to it. He doesnt seem like he is interested anymore. Yes ive put on a lil weight but I still look good and dress up with my heels and what he likes. but I have to fish for compliments or get hurt and cry over it before he says anything.
is it me or him. Does he still love me? or Want someone else?
How do I knkow that he wont cheat again.?
I am and have been completely faithful through out every thing and im still here. so its nothing that I have done. Guys am I just old news or something? i need to know

Why do so many Hispanics that live in St. Louis, MO have ILLINOIS liscense plates???
This makes me very curious. There are 3 on my street alone, all with Illinois plates, but they live in MO !????!

I'm currently staying in a hotel in Spain (on a business trip) where the bed is so uncomfortable that I can't sleep! Also, the hotel is just noisy (people playing music and talking loudly) despite it being 3.30 am!

What can i do? I'm supposed to be doing a trade show, so I need my sleep, and moving hotels is not an option due to costs!
