Liscense plates of Hispanics in St. Louis, MO?

Why do so many Hispanics that live in St. Louis, MO have ILLINOIS liscense plates???
This makes me very curious. There are 3 on my street alone, all with Illinois plates, but they live in MO !????!

Just for the record....I have nothing against my Hispanic neighbors- I love them! But it's just a pattern I've noticed.

because they are smarter than you... the taxes are lower... its not hispanics its everyone that doesnt fear getting caught... i live in Kentucky and know several people who have done that... all you need is an Illinois mailing address...
