I have been waiting for them to announce Matt Holliday as the NL MVP. I also hope that Troy Tulowitzky earns the NL Rookie of the Year.

My brother in law wants to get my nephew a .22 mag for his first gun (he's 13) and asked me for recommendations. He doesn't want to spend more than $250.00 for both a rifle and a scope. I told him a regular .22 was probably good enough, but he is set on a .22 mag. My son even offered him his 10/22 to use, but no go, sigh... I asked around at the range and no one that I would value their opinion had any personal knowledge.

He plans on shooting at a 100 yard range and wants a semi auto. I thought a used Marlin 983 would be a good choice if I can talk him out of the semi auto, but I've never owned one so can't give a personally recommendation for it. Anyone know of one that would be a good choice for him?

I have been working out for more than two and a half years at least 3 days a week. I try to run on treadmill at least 60 minutes four times a week. I've taken HH before and Lipo 6. Didn't like them too much. I also have a mandatory 20-25lbs weight lifting limit due to recent eye surgery.
I due leg lifts, military crunches, oblique crunches for a long time and haye yet to see results. My diet is good (organic and low fat low carb). I'm 19 years old...

recently purchased a house 4 weeks ago and 1 of the things we asked the vendors to do before we completed was to have the central heating and boiler checked and guareented because the boiler was quite old..no problems they did that and there friend a corgi registered engineer passed it off so that was that day of exchange we went to the property all excited when we tried to put the central heating on nothing so we went into the cupboard tried everything still no heating so on inspection of the boiler it did not look like a service had been done on it so we decided to get our own independent engineer to look at it and oh my god he condemned the system to be unsafe and leaking carbon monoxide. so if me and my children had moved into this property we were basically at great risk. We have now got our solicitor involved but he is saying we have no case cuz we have no hard evidence but we have 2 contradicting reports!! any advice would be great

1. The enzyme Esterase-5 has been extracted and purified from a number of supposedly closely related fruit fly (Drosophila) species. These have been run under gel electrophoresis, to separate by overall charge. The distances the protein dots have moved down the gel are shown below. Show these data graphically. (Hint- are these discrete or continuous variables?)

my early years in madrassa, a tiny religious school adjacent to our mosque helped me become a human being of a fine character and inculcate a high moral values. with the break of dawn we proceed to mosque for our dawn prayers and after some refreshment proceed to madrassa. along with holy Qur'an and Prohetic hadeeth (prophet's sayings) we were trained in leading purposeful life in line with islamic teaching.

This education helped me in keeping away from GAMBLING, ALCOHOLISM, ACCEPTING INTEREST FROM BANKS, PROSTITUTION AND WOMANIZING and other social and moral evils. But lately some politicians and media are accusing madrassas as breeding ground for terrorists which is nothing but TOTAL and DELIBERATE LIES. This is nothing but a deceiving ploy by Islam bashers and haters who cannot digest that a muslim can keep away from evils and lead a refined and clean life.

I adore Starbucks.I randomly say Starbucks thorughout the day just to say it.I am sucha spaz. That place is heaven on earth. I just wish their coffee and snacks were'nt so ****** expensive. My friend has to downgrade and buy his coffee at Quik Trip in the morning now. I remember the first time I ordered an Expresso brownie.I didnt know it had actual coffee in it. I just thought "express" meant you got it really fast. My friends would not let me live that down.I feel stupid now.lol

I dont mind the fact that i am 3,000 miles away from CA where we met. I wanted to get out. But now i am looking for work and cant move out of an apt. if i have to. My bf is a sweet and trustworthy guy. and i know i used to love him. but things are different. He doesnt know how to communicate. When something is wrong he just shuts off and acts like I'm not there...even when the problem isnt caused by me...and even worse-when I'm the one who is upset. He doesnt know what to do to make me feel better...he just chooses to ignore it. Even when things ARE going well, we are at the point, where there isnt anything to talk about. Or atleast, he doesnt talk about anything. It is a little depressing and I don't know what to do. Look for work first and then when i do move out? I am currently living in Illinois near chicago.

Is anyone else annoyed at how the media has made MRSA seem like some new superbug when in fact its been around for years? I am tired of people panicing thinking this is some new bug that is going to kill off everyone on Earth. MRSA has been around for a VERY long time I think it was a slow media day when they ran the story. In fact 90,000 ppl a yr contract MRSA odds are your already a carrier and wont know unless your tested.

Whats your opinion

to me it's only useful to unzip programs that are zipped w/ it. which only makes things harder. the compression if your lucky seems to only maybe knock off about 1 mb if your lucky. if i'm wrong please let me know and how to get more compression out of it. but every time i try to archive a file it comes out either the same size bigger or probably a half a mb smaller. if thats the case than these programs suck.
