I have been working out for more than two and a half years at least 3 days a week. I try to run on treadmill at least 60 minutes four times a week. I've taken HH before and Lipo 6. Didn't like them too much. I also have a mandatory 20-25lbs weight lifting limit due to recent eye surgery.
I due leg lifts, military crunches, oblique crunches for a long time and haye yet to see results. My diet is good (organic and low fat low carb). I'm 19 years old...

great abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym. if you want a 6 pack you have to follow a low calorie diet that is comprised mainly of whole foods to get down to around 10% body fat.
