No, young people are very uninformed and fresh out of government schools, they are very liberal because their public school teachers are liberals, also it is popular and easy to be liberal. Politics is very complicated these days and you need to study the issues or you will be tricked into voting for something you are opposed too.

Of course they should. One thing about the generation argument is that everyone thinks of children as too stupid to do anything until they're adults. That nullifies the 20s for most people. If people start becoming more informed early on, they can seek legislation to change that. The Baby Boomer generation was very good at that. They realized early that their numbers afforded them great power and they became very political. They still wield all that power so long as they all vote too.

A motivated voting block is very powerful. Clinton was elected on speaking to young people and Bush was elected by reaching out to the evangelical component of the Christian church. The point I was trying to get at is that being informed will make you more motivated and it's best not to put that off.

Even I would not but I think I and youth like me should.

Sitting away and shouting and system is easy but be a part of system and improve it is difficult. Today's youth should do that. I see some youth entering Indian politics but that should increase and reach the common men and women.

Im 17 years old and I have been activly been participating in politics for a while now.I joined the US Army reserve about a month ago just went to my first drill last weekend, I support the canidate I like for the presidential race*mainly b/c I will be able to vote by election time*, I log on to www.moveon.org regularly, I constantly watch the news and I know whats going on. Not very many kids that I know do this or give a damn about it, but like the other guy said "its always going to have an impact on us" even if we can't vote, I think it is important to know what is going on in our country and world. Honestly though I dont think that a lot of youth participate b/c they dont want to have any worries, they still live with mommy and daddy, and outside of their day to day problems they don't want anything else to think about that could potentially bother them. They just want to go on living their high school lives and enjoy themselves. However if they want to participate I think that they should be aloud to.

I was always in politics, as for last 15th years 600 Core population of this earth did not found power of balance
( Immediate after division of U:S:S:R:) as such now the power centralised in a unique power of which can't be a good message. It is shameful for total mankind, Obviously it has disappointed the developing country wherein IMF, World bank sucking & imperilism has opposed the humanity.
Now a days east europe, asian countries those who where in the way of welfare state overnight they became the country of Market econory, They are carring the pressure of unique power as per their guide line. Now it is very much clear that to sell the weapon they need war & UNO will seat and stand as per their instruction. It is the age to work for formation of welfare or noncapatilism country to save the humanity to avoid the war and to stop the production and sales of WEAPON. Is there anybody to give blood to oppose the imperilism, terrorism, fundamandalisn, I am reday to work and give blood, call me any time I will be present there. The above not from immotion it is the reality.

Sorry to write first that, youth and young always has organised the revoluation as they have no limitation the are single and patrism always encouraged them to go ahead for progressive, in woring ability they are the first as such i favor "WHO IS YOUNG/YOUTH IT IS THE AGE OF HIM TO LEAD/ ORGANISE REVOULATION FOR PROGRESSIVE"

2. If not honest, they will be corrupted at a young age and (unless they are very wiley) be caught and go to prison.
3. They should get a feel for the real world before they try to change it.
4. Finally, many interns are sexually molested.

Why not?

Even youth who are not old enough to vote should know and participate in politics, you may not be able to influence the system through voting yet, but the system will always have an impact upon your life.

First thing I will do is to recover the money I spend on elections. Then I will think of some work.

I will Recruit management consultants to assist every department with hire and fire rights.

Recruit trained martial art people to break the spine of non performing officers. Either progress or die or quit the job. No other choice.
