I live in a house on the first floor with my sister and this other lady, she lives in a separate room. She bought over a friend whom I wasnt even aware of, when she walk past my room, my dog ran after her and bite her on the leg. I think she startled him, he never bite anyone before. He's a small dog (Westie) and he has gotten all his shots, am I still responsible for her hospital bill?

Exactly what is an "impartial " and "ethical" investigation of a crime conducted by a police officer?

Should a police officer recuse himself/herself from an investigation when he/she has personal and business ties to the alleged victim? The police officer I am referring to soon discovers his/her own personal information becomes part of the investigation. Isn't it impossible for him/her to remain impartial especially when the alleged victim gives this police officer reason to believe he has "suffered" from the alleged crime and it becomes part of the investigation?

Is there a code of ethics that governs law enforcement to conduct an impartial investigation?

My son and I moved in with my mom after my dad died. But she is driving us f%$*^% crazy. Itought this would help her and us but it only seems to make things worse. Have anyone been in this situation and what would be the best choice? We are getting ready to move in a couple of weeks.

Donna Jo's car breaks down on the Interstate one day.
So she eases it over onto the shoulder of the road.

She carefully steps out of the car and opens the trunk.
Out of the trunk jump two men in trench coats who
walk to the rear of the vehicle where they stand facing
oncoming traffic and begin opening their coats, exposing
their nude bodies to approaching drivers.

Not surprisingly, this causes one of the worst pileups
in history of the highway.

It's not very long before a police car shows up.

The cop, clearly enraged, runs toward Shirleen's
vehicle yelling, "What the hell is going on here?"

"My car broke down," says the lady, calmly.

"Well, what are these perverts doing here
by the road?!" asks the cop.

And she said....

I'm not pregnant and don't plan on getting pregnant for many more years but how painful is a natural child birth? I know it's not as risky as it once was but how would you relate the pain to something someone would most likely understand?

And...the same for a child birth with pain relievers? How painful is it?

I know that pain all goes away when you see your baby but I'm just curious...

I really want a Small, furry one! My parents have a chihuahua and I LOVE LOVE her, but I really want something different--like a maltese, shih tzu or Yorkie! I will have my own apartment and will be going to school, so I need something that isn't so "yappy." Any suggestions??
