What is the next step for me to try and get this removed? I called the original creditor and they said they no longer owned the debt (student loan). I then contacted the address on my credit report with a validation letter and I will quote what they sent me in the mail. "Campus Partners is a billing and bookkeeping agency for student loans granted by colleges and universities throughout this country. We neither participate in the distribution of the monies nor retain copies of the original documents signed in conjunction with the loans)."
"Please contact your lending institution to obtain a copy of your promissory note which specifies the amount and other terms of you loan obligation."
That being said what should I do? Mail this letter with my validation letter to the CR's or what. Do I have to recontact the school that told me they don't own the loan anymore or what? Someone please, I need help!

i m in love with someone and he also loves me madly but the problem is that he is married.there is not having a good relationship b/w him nd his wife so he wants to give her divorce nd want to marry me.but the problem is this that his wife is not ready to give him divorce.what should we do.kindly help us that how he should take the divorce so that we could marry each other nd could spend a good life.ya 1 more thing he has 2 kids from that lady.he even talked to his wife about divorce but at 1 moment his wife agrees but just the 2nd moment she refuse.pls help me.i really need a lawyer who can help me in solving my problem.

My question is, that when I start my maxima (2000 GLE w/AT and TCS) the SES, TCS Off, and Slip Lights do not light up at all. Also my ABS light does not light up, not that this exactly a bad thing, but i thought they all should light up then go out for diagnostic purposes. I had just purchaced the car and didnt notice this. The car seems to be running fine but i do think it is idling way too high, around 1500 rpm in park. I'm just trying to get some advice before i take it to a dealer, hoping it is something i can try to fix.

immediately corrected with surgery because:

a. the hole will cause the flow of blood to reverse in the heart.
b. the hole will allow blood to leak out of the heart and the child could bleed to death
c. the hole will cause blood to flow in the reverse direction back into veins instead of the arteries.
d. the hole allows mixing both oxygenated and deoxygenated blood which reduces oxygen delivery to tissues

3 men went to a cafe and ordered.
The bill came to $30, being $10 each.
The men each gave the waiter $10.
After they had eaten, the owner realised he had overcharged them, so he gave the waiter $5 to give back to them.
The waiter, being smart, gave each man back $1 and kept $2 for himself.
($1 + $1 + $1 + $2 = $5)
So each man had ended up paying $9.
($9 x 3 = $27)
Plus, the $2 the waiter kept = $29.

Where did the other $1 go??

A woman in Phoenix, Az left her 17 month old little girl in her car for 7 hours today, while she worked her waitress shift at Hooters! I live near Phoenix and it was pretty hot,not as hot as usual, but how could anyone leave their child in a car all day? The poor little girl died because of her mothers stupidity. What is wrong with people today and why are they such idiots????? Another lady did almost the same thing last year and they didnt charge her with anything, why?

ill be getting my BS in biology by the end of spring semester. my gpa is low, 2.4. im a licensed pharm tech and have 1 year experienced. my pcat score is about 88 for bio and 74 for chemistry but other sections is super low. do you think i still can get into pharmacy school?
