The RDA is 300 mcg but I've seen biotin supplements of doses higher than 5000 mcg..apparently from what ive heard there is no such thing as "biotin toxicity" as the excess is just metabolised and flushed out in urine..this seems like a waste to me..why take 5000 mcg when your body can only use 300 mcg? or am I getting this wrong..can the human body use up to 5000 mcg (5.0 mg!) of biotin daily?

Can you tell me a way how to distinguish a really good friendship from romantic love WITOUT talking about physical stuff. Like I don't care how, maybe comparaisons with emotional stuff blah blah blah...

Because I'm not sure if I mixed the 2 up and I want to know!

So basically I want to know the difference between platonic love and romantic love (witout talking about getting physical because that's an obvious difference).

Our families have known each other forever and I've known them from the day I was born. They have a son the same age as my sister(older) and a daughter my age. Two and a half years ago I joined the same school as them, and regardless of how long I've known her she allowed people to spread rumors about me (she's popular and could have stopped them). Last year a girl she barely knows stretched something I said completly and told her and she didn't even bother asking for my side she just started yelling at me and stopped talking to me at school and outside of school. Then two months after that I did everythng I could to try to work things out, but she got mad and got the person I hate the most at my school to call me at my house and embarass me infront of my whole family. I then onwards decided that she was the looser not me and that I don't want to be friends with someone who hates me that much. I thought I saw I got to see who she truely was from then on. But latley I've been thinking..

I just received my Fastrak inside sensor. It will only be used a few times a year. So, my question is "Will the device work if placed on my dash when I approach the toll booths"? I don't want to mount it to the windshield nor the lower dash via velcro but keep it in my glove box until needed.

ones opinion?everyone knows i have a lot of ferile cats that i feed and try to take care of,well one of the cats was hit yesterday and it has broken her lower spine and her back feet are all crushed together.what should i do with her,i cant kill her my self at all?should i call the county pound and have them get her,or should i let nature take its course and let her die on her own?she eats well and does get around a little on her two front paws,but she is so pitiful.she was the mother cat.eny suggestions.i have no money for a vet and i dont think it would do eny good.i am just in tears.thanks

I'm going to try to give blood tomorrow. Last time I tried, they sent me away because they got an "irregular pulse." How this affects the quality of my blood, I don't know. Is there any way for me to have a normal pulse tomorrow?

I just found a flea on my puppy... Do I use shampoo or powder or what? Whats the best? hes about 3months old and he has kinda dry skin so something thats gentle if thats possible.
