Hands down, James Stenbeck...because he can be just downright evil whereas Victor at least feels love and can have compassion even with Nik, but mainly towards his kids and grandkids.

James because he can get inside your head. He never uses physical violence. It is all brain manipulation. His voice is very creepy sounding. Victor does not have that voice quality. I still love Victor.
