A family member wants to buy a small breed puppy, I think she would be an excellent doggy parent; however, she's not yet decided about the breed because all little puppies are cute; however, many of them lose their "cuteness" after a few months.
Which breed do you recomend as a cute adult little dog????

PS-I don't want to be biased to the breeds I've owned, that's why I'm looking for other opinions.

our class is on Tuesdays 5:40 pm to 8:30 pm. the professor comes collects the homework from last class, assigns new homework, takes assistant, talks about life just a little bit and by 7 pm (never after) we are out the door every week. last Tuesday she came, did the same but gives us our mid term project (has to be about a topic, visual power point etc...) and guess what she says that is due on November 20 and until that day we do not have to go to class..... is that legal??? she says that she will meet with whoever has struggle in barners and nobles or the English lab Tuesdays and Fridays afternoons... can she do that?? I have not learn anything from her (English and composition 2) she want a visual project,,,??? came on!! what about attendance... she said until know that attendance is important because Florida states requires that if students miss 2 days in a row teachers should drop them (or student has to justify absence) DO NO GET THIS woman!! A lot of songs around now are based on pieces of Classical music, can anyone tell me any?

Does anyone think the Shadows song Wonderful Land is based on Canon in D by Pachelbel?

I'm a bit concerned that names and phones numbers stored on the phone could be accessed by someone else. I've therefore phoned and had the SIM card cancelled. Are the numbers actually stored on the SIM card or elsewhere in the phone? Many thanks in advance.

My wife just left me a week ago, but we are not legally seperated or divorced or anything. She has not responded to my emails and the one time I tried to call her when she heard it was me she hung up.

Can I end up in legal trouble by trying to contact her? Is there some guideline to the amount of times I can try to call/email her in a day without getting into trouble?

Keep in mind that I'm not trying to argue with her via email or phone so much as establish some sort of communication. I know that if I called her constantly to insult her or call her names THAT would be harassment. But what about just calling her to try to find out what is going on with our marraige?

My fish always seems so bored in it's tank. Sometimes it gets so bored that it starts destroying the plants we have in there with it. Also, sometimes it seems to be playing with the air bubbles and the ammonia sign we have stuck on the wall.

Are there any toys for fish? Just something to play with so that living in a tank isn't so monotonous?

Still keeping with the vet thread...

Have any of you had to "fire" a vet? If so, how did you go about it? I know you may have mentioned it in previous questions but what were the circumstances? Did you get your records? Did you have any trouble getting your records?

I know this question may not be appliable to everyone but still of interest even if you are reading it.

My "Friend" with 5 dogs had to fire a vet once. She had a dickens of a time getting all of her records. While she had most everything in a folder for each dog, she still wanted copies of x-rays, lab tests and notes for her dogs. It took quite a long time and much arguing to get the material. Her old vet was a bit of a blow hard jerk and liked to over medicate dogs. She didn't realize this until she talked to her new one for a 2nd opinion on an allergy consult. Boy was that an eye opener!

Happy Friday all.
