I just love all the berrie family except gooseberries. Kiwi fruit is great and high in Vitamin C. I like to put oranges into the blender skin and all, with apples and yogurt and honey and some seeds, like poppie, and some nuts. I have a "thing" about biting into apples. I just can't do it. Bananas,Papaya, mangoes, are all among my favourites. And grapes.

HI all!
With this mortgage crisis and down home prices, Is it right that now is the right time to buy a new home for first time buyer?

That's what I think and someone suggested now is the good time as the prices for homes have gone down.

By the way, I have good credit and excellent fico score so will getting a loan be still a hard thing due to this credit crunch or whatever they are talking about?

I am in Chicago area and if you have any suugestions or advice about when and how to about looking to buy new house, i will be happy!

I bought one from ebay.... (ebay search*: ceramic car heater)

Can't include linky cause Y/A doesn't seem to post up qus with links in it anymore.

The reason for getting one was to get the car warmed up and help defrost windows for the first 10 minutes of driving, before the engine proper gets warmed up for car's own heating system to takeover. (then unplugging the ceramic heater unit)

However plugging it in for first time.. it doesn't seem to produce much heat unless your hand is close up to it (6 inches), and at a distance it feels cool air.

Even if it's cool at a distance... hot air rises I suppose so do you think they work for the job in Winter - or are they just a con?

If you have one can you tell me whether you find it useful?

we have been together 1 1/2 yrs and he used to buy me flowers and do little things all the time. He also used to want to discuss big topics. About 6 months into our relationship his father died and since then had occassionaly done things but now he does nothing. When I told him I need these things as I am always doing little things for him and need to feel loved he said he loves me but he is scared. He admited I was right yet still does nothing small. All he wants to do is sleep and watch tv , sit with me and think about what he wants to buy or travel to.In the beginning he used to tell me to stop being so scared NOW he is scared.!! I drive 2000 Chevy Impala, which has several minor problems. I want to take it to a Chevy dealer for a check-up and fix somewhat major problems only. The thing is the car is only worth a few grand, so I don't want to end up spending more than the value of the car to fix it. After all, I'm only going to drive it for a few more years.

The latest McCann interview was allegedly about promoting the new hotline (which the McCann's as clients may or may not pass onto the police). Consequently we can ask - is the legal/judicial systems in Portugal and the UK working for the McCann investigation??

See Clarence Mitchell's justification of hotline...where callers can talk confidentially to private investigators hired by the McCann's. Clarence has stated they will use their discretion whether or not to pass the information on to the real judicial authorities????
