Eye shades and black velvet curtains are my recommendation. Also, don't paint the room in a bright color and stick with hard wood floors if you can. Otherwise, try some darker carpet.

stay inside close the windows anything that has light turn it off an hide under a bed or in the closet!!! it might work no light anymore YAY
