Hello, i am doing an assignment where i have to explain offer and acceptance, and within it is the case of Butler Machine Tool v Ex Cell O Corp Ltd 1979. It has a price escalation clause in the terms of the contract, which were disputed. I need to know what law or case (other than butler) has price escalation clauses in. i need more info on them. please only uk law/cases

My husband was kidnapped in Mexico and its been 8 days already. I had a dream he called me and told me he was okay that they had let him go but he was very hurt and he was coming home???? Me and 3 friends are 4 best mates.

My 6 yr old bro just told me that his teacher hit him on the thigh today at school and he broke down in tears and told me that the teacher also pushed him over and said "I don't want to work with you anymore."
She has also slapped his wrist before apparently 2 yrs ago.
I have only just found out about this.
The headteacher (principal for you americans),, is holding a meeting before school tomorrow to discuss it. I am so angry at this teacher.. I am 14 by the way.
What is appropriate action to take?
And i will NOT be at the meeting tomorrow because I have to go to school myself.

I adopted my kitten last week, and two days later I developed little bumps on my abdomen that itch like crazy. They have now spread to my sides, chest, arms, and legs. There are NO fleas, and my kitten doesn't even seem to be itching at all. My boyfriend isn't getting them, and I have always had cats in my life - with no allergic reactions. I took the kitten to the vet, and they aren't sure yet either. I'm a little concerned... does anyone have any suggestions of what could be going on here?

OK, here's my dilemna: I want to be a filmmaker/screenwriter, and I got accepted to two film schools but am unable to attend either one because of financial roadblocks. First, I live alone w/my mom who has jacked-up credit and is unable to get loans approved, therefore she can't co-sign on any loans for me. Secondly, I don't have any kind of credit whatsoever (I'm 18) and, I've been informed, no bank would ever trust someone under the age of 24 w/a $20,000+ loan. I've tried scholarships, and I got a few minor ones ($500-$4,000) but they don't even begin to cover the cost. Does anyone know any way else I can finance my education? This is my lifelong dream on the line here...

To simplify this the SUN's magentic field grew stronger and shielded the Solar System from galactic cosmic ray's, which lead to a decline in cosmic ray neutron counts.

I have the answer to this question but i don't know how it was reached. A woman pushes two crates, weighing 4kg and 20kg, across a frictionless floor. The crates are next to and touching each other. If she exerts a force of 36 N on the smaller crate, approximately what force does the smaller crate exert on the larger crate. the options are 36N, 30N, 200N, or 240 N. 30 is the correct answer. i'm having trouble drawing a freebody diagram for this problem. thanks

So when im around someone that i like i figit. shake my leg, bite my lip, twiddle my thumbs, avoid eye contact. So there is this girl who cuts my hair. when she was doing my bangs at first i was staring at her but then i realized i was smiling really bad. so i looked down well then i saw some lol cleavage. so i looked up and i saw her smiling so i tried to look away. then my leg started going up and down.
