Hi, I am writing a hard copy book. It's a book about ebay. Its not a book to slander ebay. It's a book to help people use ebay.

I have a few questions.

Can I put "EBAY" in the title or description of my book, without getting in trouble or sued? If so, how can I go about doing it?

I see others all around the internet using ebay in their ebook title or what not..They put things like-- Make money with Ebay(R)

What does this (R) do? Do I have to ask ebay for one, or can I jusy put the (R) in the title? Do I even need the (R)?

I just dont want to name something that I might get in trouble for, or get sued over.

Any knowledge on this would be much appreciated.

so i have this friend, we have been friends for about 6 yrs now, they prob is that she is sooo unstable when it comes to men. she has a different guy atleast every other month , and gets in horrible situations cause of it. I feel that she is really desperate to find " her soulmate" , she has a pattern. Week 1: i met this guy he is great. week 2 ohh i i love him, he is the one week 3 the guy is already in her house sleeping over she is cooking and cleaning for them , mind you she has a 3 yr old daughter who is seeing all of this, by the 5 th or 6 week , she is already having a problem with the guy and leaving him or him leaving her. Now of course she comes to me for advise , and i am a very honest person. i will not sugar coat anything for her, I tell her exactly what i feel , that basically she she doesn't give her relationship the time to grow correctly. she is jumping from stage 1 to stage 5 basically, and skipping the middle.

I have not been with this company for a year, so I am not eligible for 12 weeks of maternity leave. My boss says that he will give me 6 weeks. Since I am a salaried employee is he required by SC state law to pay me during those 6 weeks?

I believe that the antichrist is hiding out in area 51 and the reason being is simple. I believe that those aliens are really the fallen angels who worships the antichrist and for some reason the government is working with them. But i can see that the government wants us to know, so they try to leave hints for us to figure out, one being hint being in project serpo. In project serpo they refer to an ox-like animal as the beast_in which people refer the antichrist as. Also i have heard that people are sacrificed and drained of blood by their alien victoms. The government are forced to lie or be sacrificed, because by lying they are breaking a commandment which makes the antichrist pleased.

have to take PE 10? English 10? credits like that to graduate?

ps.. let me know if you have any good ideas for getting suspended because i really want to be suspended from my school right now. (You dont get in trouble if you start a fist fight either)

If you must know i found this out a while ago.. one of the PE 10 teachers was a cross country couch (like a year or two ago) and he used to STARE at the preppy chicks while they ran..

Also, what do you consider to be PE participation?

I was told that if I can purchase a VOIP device I can connect it direct to my dsl router and that way I can make free calls ( no skype required). I was given 3 models to check out LinkSys CIT400, Philips VOIP8411 and netgear SPH200. All of these devices require skype. Is the information they gave me correct? Is any way out there so I can utilize my DSL connection to make calls with out having skype or something similar to that? Thank you

I am having an existing concrete deck torn out around my in ground pool and a new one poured, my contractor removed most of the big chunks of concrete but left a bunch, some small some large...
I ask him was he planning to remove the chunks and put down rebar, he said, "No, no one does that anymore" And he was going to pour the cemet over the chunks, does this sound okay?

I would like to exercise for about 30 minutes in the morning doing cardio work and again in the evening for about 15-20 minutes of cardio as a warm up before doing some strength training, is this plan fine or should I plan on doing 45 minutes of cardio and the strength/weight training all at the same time.
The goal is weight loss, strength and fitness.

I Have always been interested in becoming a commercial pilot, and my ambition and career route was to join the RAF and learn to fly with them, and then after serving them become a civlian commercial pilot, however I am allergic to Nuts, and I found out that you cannot join the RAF if you have an allergy to Nuts!
I still want to become a commercial pilot, but I dont know any other way to go about.
I'm 17 years old, and am just about to apply for university to study civil or aeronautical engineering, if anyone has any info or links about how I go about becoming a commercial pilot it would be appreciated!

We are thinking of maybe going to New England or just further north, we are presently in Texas and neither one of us like it here.
