Some of my co-workers insist on always being dramatic. Instead of talking about problems, they go behind each other's backs. Instead of saying what's really on their minds they make rude comments about each other. They also "pretend" to not know what their jobs are to get out of doing their duties. I can't hide from them, I have to work with them. I've tried being a mediator and I've also tried to ignore the drama. What would you do?

Im collecting information of Religion conversion with referance to process of Legal conversion in maharastra (India),

Someone who have converted to islam told me that with having an affidevit signed before notary one can assumed himself as converted legaly. And use this affidevit for Haj, Nikah etc

But a person who holds little bit info about legal process told me that on having the above affidevit one needs to present it before city collector or megistrate to get the final approval or certification of religion conversion..

Here Im confused a bit and need suggestions in respect of law process in Maharastra for Religion Conversion

Please dont include procedures of arya samaj, kaziyat and church Since I only need it in context of Lawful conversion.
