Nope. It's not out there ANYWHERE. The subbing group (umai) has not subbed past episode 21 yet, and no other group has gotten as far as they have.

bypass to youtube and there is no longer subtitle. yet you could type in Romeo x Juliet capitulo 23 - a million/3 uncooked in youtube. Then to contiune Romeo x Juliet capitulo 23 - 2/3 uncooked, Romeo x Juliet capitulo 23 - 3/3 uncooked, Romeo x Juliet capitulo 24 - a million/3 uncooked, Romeo x Juliet capitulo 24 - 2/3 uncooked, Romeo x Juliet capitulo 24 - 3/3 uncooked on youtube even though it truly is uncooked

22 just came out, subbed anonymously. Viz media gave Umai a C&D, so they aren't supposed to sub anymore, but they didn't license it, so how are we supposed to watch it? Anyway, here's the link for the sub:
