How Do You Make Sticky Note animations?

Well I was just wondering how exactly do you guys make Sticky Note animations I can't really find a tutorial any where so I was just wondering if anybody knows..Anyways thanks for the help if anybody answers oh and also Mabye you can just give me advice when making it?

you just draw a different drawing on the bottom of the sticky note and change the position of the drawing and ud have an animation make sure u have a lot of sticky notes. the more the better.
