Both couples were taken to France where Raymond's family are and given a restaurant each next door to each other. They had to cook food they thought the french would eat but in the concept of their English restaurant. Raymond and his mother tasted food from both. They both did well but at the end of the day Jane and Jeremy won. I said last week on here that they would because they fit in with Raymond's concept of 'fine dining' and I think for this reason he had them earmarked to win from the begining. The twins would be better off running a high class cafe or bistro - they are more suited to that and so is their food.

Jeremy and Jane won and it got me so mad, I almost wrote a letter to Raymond telling him I'll never visit one of his restaurants in protest.
Until I reaslied that I probably wouldn't anyway which is when it hit me. Eight in the Country is the exact type of restaurant that Le Manoir de Quatre Season is all about, good food, fine dining. The type of restaurant that may win a Michelin star one day.
Yes, the girls were better. A much stronger team, idea and they were adaptable. They are not what Raymond wants his name to be attached to though. He was right when he told the girls they'd be happier with a little Bistro where their friends could hang out all day.

Jeremy and Jane won, though the twins are bubbly young ladies I couldn't imagine them lasting long in a stressful restaurant environment, they are too adventurous and seem more like entertainers than restaurateurs also J & J were making more profit so they were the logical choice though whether their marriage will last one can only guess, personally I thought both teams were very risky.

The Waterworks won, the twins should have been chosen, he is going to be really irritated by Jane crying all the time.. what was he thinking?
Brakiss, it is Jeremy and Jane, not Laura, she is one of the twins!

The prat Jeremy and that tearful annoying Laura somehow won.
I think Raymond is off his head to try and go into business with them.
