I would like to exercise for about 30 minutes in the morning doing cardio work and again in the evening for about 15-20 minutes of cardio as a warm up before doing some strength training, is this plan fine or should I plan on doing 45 minutes of cardio and the strength/weight training all at the same time.
The goal is weight loss, strength and fitness.

It's better to do the 2 shorter sessions. that way your body can recooperate and won't wear out so much

Cardio is best done in one longer instance if you are trying to lose fat. You need to have your heart rate up for an extended period of time and not short bursts.
