Nic W rented my property at (address) from (date) to (date). During his residency, he paid (amount) on a monthly basis in a timely manner and never paid late fees. He adhered to the terms of his lease agreement, kept the property as if he owned it, received a full refund of his security deposit and was a pleasure to have as a tenant.

To Whom it May Concern;

has been a tenant for <#> years. Rents were always paid on time and the property was left in ready-to-rent condition when (s)he left. I'd gladly rent to again.

Regards,

Put the dates that you rented from, and that you never had noise complaints or paid late. Just basic things showing you were a good tenant.
Hope this helps! :)
