I'm just curious what Americans think of this word as I wouldn't say it was derogatory, just really not flattering. Is it because I'm from the UK? Do you know what I mean?

There is a guy that sits at a desk diagonally in back of me and to the right in History. My friend sits beside me or right in front of him and we will talk before class starts. But when he walks in, he'll jump into the conversation or he'll start his own with me and somewhat cut her off. Yes, I'll talk to him but I feel like just another person. It used to be that he'd smile and I'd start smiling but now I barely even grimace. Yet, I think about him all the time. The things that he does make me wonder. Like today, he told my friend and I not to wait for him so we walked towards the door and somehow...I don't remember exactly how but he got to the door before us and just stood there waiting I guess, for me. We were the only ones left in the classroom and he let us through, following behind. But I think about him all the time and can't get him outta my head. But whenever I talk with him or even make eye contact, it seems like somethings missing. I think hes interested but am i?

Yesterday we had a TNA edition

Yesterday I talked about Rhyno, Sting, and AJ Styles, so here are the 3 new people:

Mickie James: She deserves another title reign. She is one of the few diva's that have good wrestling talent. She had a great debut but they all of a sudden dropped her? Whats up with that? She deserves another push she is a good wrestler. Agree or Disagree?

Gregory Helms: I personaly like him better as The Hurricane. He has talent and deserves a tag title run, maybe teaming up with Chavo? Anyways I think they are belittleing him like they are with most good tag teams now a days. Agree or Disagree?

Big Daddy V - SHIRT! SHIRT! SHIRT! SHIRT! SHIRT! SHIRT! SHIRT! PLEASE GIVE HIM A SHIRT! Other then some unnecasary skin showing I think he deserves the push taht he is getting. Just seriously, start with a shirt then work your way up. No shirt, no shirt, no service. Agree or Disagree?

I'm only 17 years old and I've had this problem for a while now (probably a couple of years) but my heart hurts sometimes. I don't know how to describe except for that it just starts hurting and if i move my left arm the pain will somewhat spike or if i breath in.

An answer from my last question stating that the idea of evolution reflects and atheistic view of our origin. I just would like to hear some perspective on this, why is that? What about the evolutionary explanation of the origin of life implies that there was no force whatsoever that caused it?

If God is undetectable by physical means (explaining why we don't have tangible evidence of His presence), what evidence IS there that He had no part in the developement of the universe?

Any and all perspectives are welcome, as long as they're serious.

Why is it when people ask legal questions on this site and your answer doesn't agree with them when they think they have a case and should sue, or if they think their employer is treating them wrong, but your answer doesn't agree with them, or they think the legal system has done them wrong, but you don't agree------why is it they give you a thumbs down and would rather accept an answer that is total wrong (but agrees with them) and give that person the 10 points? Why waste their time asking the question if they are only going to take advice from people that agree with them?
