What did Manny do after his home run against the Indians that is generating so much talk on the radio. They keep talking about it, but I missed the actual action.

He raised his hands like he did something spectacular to win the game when in fact he only brought them within 4 runs. He was an idiot for doing that. He got booed by everyone in the stadium and he deserved it.

Not that big of a deal with the Indians up 3-1. If the Indians were down 1-3 Manny might have to wear a face mask along with his batting helmet the next time he came to the plate.

I was at the game... I'm an Indians fan... seeing Manny hit the homerun, and raise his arms, I couldn't believe it... this kid we raised in Cleveland, and did great for so many years, and hes gonna sit there and raise his arms with the Indians still up 7-3... but then I realized, its just Manny being Manny.

He smashed a HR, making the Sox down by ONLY 4 and stood at home plate with arms extended like he had just won the World Series admiring his HR then walked over half the way to first before sauntering around the bases. It was classless, too many guys do that stuff; they need to act like they have done it before and are going to do it again...not like it was the first time ever!

Stood at the batter's box, threw his arms in the air and watched a homer he hit...he then "walked" up the first base line. He showed up the pitcher and the entire Cleveland club, and the homer was not even a game winner, not close. I thought what would Bob Gibson had done to the clown the next time he dug into the batter's box.

When he hit the home run he stood there and raised his arms like he had just won the Red Sox the game, even though it just made the score 7-3 Indians. Then he walked like halfway to first before running.

Little arrogant?

If you saw game 2 against the Angels, pretty much the same thing. I never understood why people care about hitters watching their homeruns. I really dont think they are showing up the pitcher, rather admiring something they did. If i ever hit the ball that far i would watch it for a while too.

He looked like an idiot. He raised his hands like he'd just won the flippin' game - then he took his time going around the bases... trying to show up the pitcher. Boston was still four runs behind though... and about to go down 3 to 1 in the series.

He made a fool of himself. It would have been much more effective to casually trot around the bases like "No big deal, I just hit another home run." To stand there with arms raised when your team is getting soundly beating is just plain stupid.

What did he do? He motivated the Tribe to kick the Sox out of the post-season tomorrow, that's what he did!
