a particular person has just come to me with this evidence of dinosaurs in the bible...

Though thou hast sore broken us in the place of dragons, and covered us with the shadow of death Psalm 44:19 11:55 AM

Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters

The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, [and] rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen. 11:55 AM

And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, [shall be] grass with reeds and rushes. 11:56 AM

And Babylon shall become heaps, a dwellingplace for dragons, an astonishment, and an hissing, without an inhabitant.

i intend on posting this in the science section as well...just to get an "educated" opinion...

Everytime they have to go to a party for my ex or his wife or any one else, they moan and groan about it for a week in advance. So I get the message that it is just a pain in the rear for them to go to these parties. I don't want to be just another "obligation" that they have to get out of the way. So I told them "I just don't like all the attention." Now they are acting like I am a nut. Also, they end up spending a fortune everytime they take me to dinner, etc. $200.00 bottles of wine and I don't even drink. A card would do just fine for me. I know that they love me and other than this birthday thing, we have a great relationship. How do I get them to understand?

Ok, this is an honest question. I want to know honestly, if you are a vegetarian/vegan, do you think others are "bad" for eating meat or do you think it's just a preference?

I recently broke up with my boyfriend of a year. We talked about marriage, children, and became very close with one another.
The reasons I broke up with him:
1) He's Muslim, I'm Catholic. Could never come to an agreement on wedding plans/children's religions
2) We could NOT have sex!! He just could NOT perform. He would be finished after about 30 seconds. I was not satisfied at all, ever. We tried working on it but it never got better
3) We ALWAYS fought about stupid things.

But the thing is, he was such a good bf. Told me I was beautiful, was faithful and never let me know. He'd drive an hour to come and see me every single day and treat me like a queen when we were getting along. I just fell out of love.

Were my reasons justified or should I get back together with him? I regret it more and more everyday, wondering if I'll ever meet someone like him again...

My husband and I are starting marriage counseling soon. He is military facing deployment in the near future. Lots of possibilities and positives/ideas but I dwell in the negative. Others closest to me say I should leave him, yet offer no alternative solution. They address him as being the problem rather than there being problems with the relationship. I feel consumed by something dark, like i am the void rather than falling into it, I know i love but do not feel what I have come to associate with love. which is real? what is truth? what is emotional abuse? there is so much bad in our past. I fear telling the counselor. will she tell me to leave him too? i have nothing if i leave (friends resent me for choosing him, won't go home either), and i love him? will she offer judgement rather than solutions? he opens up and then shuts down. I have walls, inability to trust. no understanding or consistancy. Is this worth saving? we approach life as opposites. compatibility: a need or a want?
