I think our country may be heading to civil war at some point. The prices skyrocket every year. They don't even level off. Our raises are low and inflation is high, all of our middle and upper class jobs are being off-shored. Soon there will be no middle class in my state. It is very hard to live here with 2 adults working in the home making 50, 000 dollars a year. And once our county becomes unstable internally, that's when other countries I won't mention may take advantage of us. That's what I see coming.

I don't know if it will be the *next* crisis, per se, but I can see a time when the nations of the world go to war over water for their people.

You say a 'world' crisis. Certainly, global warming would be #1. Then there are things like global epidemic, nuclear exchanges, world hunger and water shortages, droughts, stuff like that. Such things as local politics (such as one country's presidental elections) and silly mythologies (such as Christianity and Islam) are moving headlone toward exinction in the wake of technology and science).

I suspect someone will be nuked in the not so distant future. Or, an awful "dirty bomb" will be detonated in a large city. When you see the Muslims scrambling for the Major airports and freeways, it might be a good idea to visit a relative in the country.

My girlfriend being in a bad mood when I get home from work.... and quite possibly her still being on the computer too.

[Honestly though, and amazingly enough... I agree with Primoa. There are too many humans. Licensing needs to be implemented for breeding... abortion and sterilisation made mandatory for those breaching the license laws.... and perhaps even recycling of bodies into Soylent Green to compensate for food depletion.]
