I'm contemplating challenging a charge of disorderly conduct for handing alcohol to a minor "creating a hazardous condition", by pleading not guilty and appearing before the magisterial district judge.

So what happens when I go to court? Do I just plead my case to the judge, and then he decides whether or not I have to pay it? Is that it?

My case is...

My girlfriend (the minor) only touched a bag with wine for only a second.

I really doubt the officers could have actually seen her touch it, based on where they were in relation to us as it happened.

And they were going to charge her with wanting me to get her wine and for giving me money to do so. Even though we both told them she never did when they first questioned us.

What do you think?

Then my girlfriend heard she could loose her license by pleading guilty to, possessing alcohol. And that I could possibly loose mine for challenging my charge. Could we? We only received fines and were ordered no court dates.

I have been trying to figure out why I keep blowing the ECMB fuse on my sons 1990 G20 van. It blows as soon as it is replaced. I checked all visible wires for shorts. One of the injector wires was flattened by the air cleaner. But Insulation was not broken. I can't find anything else. Do I need to check all wires under the wire looms? I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel pump relay. The fuel pump does run when the key is on. I tried pulling the connectors off of the fuel pump relay and the oil pressure switch. Still blows. Pulled connectors off of other sensors. Still blows. Removed the connectors from the computer. Fuse doesn't blow. The computer was just laying along side the drivers seat. Could it be a bad computer blowing the ECMB fuse? Or is it just a problem within the fuel pump circuit? I disconnected the harness leading to the fuel pump. The connector is underneath the van coming out of the engine compartment. So that eliminates any short from there to the fuel pump.

I had a separation from the AF with a RE Code 4c and I am trying to get into the Marine Corps. It is based on a medical as my recruiter is trying for a waiver with two recommendations from two of my doctors for a condition with no symptoms or concern for treatment(small PFO, heart). Has anybody or know anyone that has reenlisted in the same branch or another branch with a waiver for RE Code of 4c? Are my chances easier with the AF because it is less physical demanding than the Marine Corps? Please answer only if your source is valid.

Both the credits and the soundtrack listings say that they sing a song together in the movie. I watched the movie for the first time yesterday and never once heard John singing. The name of the song is "Take A Chance" and that was the name of the song Olivia sang at the end credits but I did not hear John singing. Did I just miss it or does he sing in the movie???

My daughter's b-day party was Saturday and my besfrd's car wouldn't start. She called every last one of her sister's to get a ride to the party. Not 1 of them would come up and drop her off.I had my BF pick her up since no one could do her the favor. She was mad at them b/c she has always been there for them. At the party we made plans to make a big Sun. dinner at her house. I went (Sun.) to pick her up to go the the store. While we're out her sis calls asking where she was, she replies and then her sis asks what you cooking today and my Besfrd being the person she is tells her oh me and momo are making a big dinner, so her sis's invites herself and says i'm going to call teh other sis to come up. She gets off the phone and tells me and I flipped and said no 1 of them could drop you off but they are quick to come eat up for free right. I told her no i will not feed all of them us just with us was alot of ppl. Was I wrong? i cook'd @ my house instead.

This is really childish, but I want to get the consensus out there. So I took a girl out on friday, it went very well and I'm really excited about her. I told her I'd call her this week (when I really wanted to call her yesterday), and I was going to call her on wednesday at the earliest. However, I heard from a mutual friend that she likes to make the guy work, and likes to be chased. Is this an exception to the three day rule (turned 5 day rule in this case), and is it ok to call her sooner? Furthermore, will waiting till wednesday make a girl like that think I don't care?

I went to a local Domino Pizza and ordered food with my Credit Card. The girl at the register took my card looked at it swiped it, then asked if it was ok to copy my card info on the reciept ( due to disputes over who ordered what ). I said ok not thinking. She used a crayon on with my card under the reciept and copied the front of my card on it. When I thought this was fishy and asked for the transaction to be cancelled she got upset and said I would have to wait 15 minutes because the receipt had been put in the safe. This crayon method seems like a hoax. Should I be concerned that this chic may be trying to re-use my credit card.

I am thinking about starting a diet with Nutrisystem and am wanting to know if it's a good diet to be on. I see a lot of different things on the internet and it's supposed to be a good diet but am wanting to know if it's as good as I have read about.
