It's been a while since I've played that game. The main thing is to grab the pieces in the center of the piece without touching the patient. It can be tricky especially if you don't have a steady hand and patience to do that. It's a fun game though.

I have the Homer Simpson version. I played it a few months ago with all my kids.

I used to love that game...could never get the rubber band one though...don't remember what it was called.

I used to have it as a kid..... I still remember the annoying ads they had for it on TV, "There goes his funny bone!!"

i always played with the batteries out - i hated that buzzing noise - it's scared the crap out of me!
