Well, England definitely should be. Scotland and Wales could be given the choice of (1) Independence under the Windsors or (2) Separate republics within the European Union. Northern Ireland should be made an independent Grand Duchy, with George Ivan Morrison (generally known as Van Morrison) as its first Grand Duke.

Why ? What would be the benefit ?

Also...would that mean de-Royalising the Royal Family ?
I think the Royal family is one of the best things about England.

How much more impressive would Russia be if they still had their Royal family ?

If it wasn't for the Royal family we would never have had Diana.
