All cheese it made of milk, however the different varieties of cheese are made using different processes, different cultures and different types of milk (cow, goat, sheep). They are also aged under different conditions and for different lengths of time, resulting in differences in the flavors (more mellow, sharper, etc.).

Milk and animal or vegetable rennet, posibly a little preservative and colouring.
Animal rennet is made from the lining of a cows stomach...
