What are your views on homsexuality? I'm a religious person and have read in the Bible (Leviticus 18:22-30), where God describes the acts of homosexuality as an "abomination."

Personally, I do not descriminate on a person's "preferance," even though, I don't truly understand it all.I have friends who have and do experiment with homosexuality and I accept them as people and not by what they do in they're personal lives.

What are your honest views on the topic?

Its like they see a car or a truck and they runs towards it! Why is that? I was walking and i saw this cat walking crossing the street then the cat saw a car coming and then cat runs towards where the car is coming from lol what up with that?

Hi, please tell me what I'm doing wrong because I can't figure it out! I'm supposed to solve this trigonometric equation on [0, 2pi).

It is:

6cos²x + 5cosx + 1 = 0

I figured that I'd solve it with the quadratic, simple enough.

-5 +/- √(25 - (4)(6)(1)

and

-5-1

12

Giving me -1/3 and -1/2. I then discarded the -1/3 (which I apparently shouldn't have), and got values of 7pi/6 and 11pi/6 for the -1/2.

What I'm thinking is that I should have used a calculator and done the arccos for both (-1/3) and (-1/2). Would that be the right thing to do?

we have roaches all in our kitchen and they were here before we moved in. we have been living here for over a year and in the past month have had roaches taking over our kitchen at night. i've woken up a couple of times and started spraying them with lysol and it killed them. i just need to know what to do to keep the population down and then completely gone. we live in an older house built in the mid 1900's. i've never had a roach problem anywhere before. we also live in florida if this might help. please help us get rid of the bugs for good. thank you. we just need to know what more we can do.

It is bad enough having insurance when your a teen male, but when you have a sports car with a V8 in it...well it gets a whole lot worse. I just bought my dream car (a pontiac trans am) and now I would like insurance so I can drive it....the car cleared out my savings(im a senior in high school so I didnt have a whole lot to begin with). I heard viking insurance is good , but IDK. I want to have decent coverage, but also not have my whole paycheck go to them either. anybody have any tips or know of any good insurance companies.
ps and no i dont want to sell my car and buy some Civic lol

My mil compares everything about me to something she has. It is like she can't help herself. It is her business to annoy me. She compares my daughters B-Day to her wedding anniversary. It is like something always has to take place on a date that she is familiar with. I am getting tired of it, it is making it hard for me to stand being around her. Any suggestions?

After thinking for a while, I think he has a fair point, holidays have been comercalized to the point when the true meanings don't matter anymore. Anywho, the first holiday I want to point out is Easter, can somebody please tell me what the Easter Bunny has to do with Jesus's resurrection?

Another one is Halloween, how CAN parents say it's not okay to take candy from strangers, but on that one night you go door to door asking people you don't know for candy and they might have stuffed all sorts of things in it.

The only reason why I'm not asking about Christmas is because who really knows if Jesus was born on that particular day, for all we know he could've been born in January or March or whatever.
