The judge said it means that the 9 items are still being contested and gave the go ahead to use the film in schools.

It means there was not enough proof presented that made the judge believe that fact was being presented in those nine instances. It would be like me telling you that the sun will come up tomorrow. Have I presented any proof? Nope. The judge would find that inadequate. Of course, that does not mean that I lied or that the sun is not going to come up.

Al Gore was right. It is just that the Kyoto Accord needed some alterations to suit various countries. It didn't succeed because Bush, the idiot, would not pass it and there was no support from Russia. It will also be necessary to get Indonesia, China, India and other countries on board with separate agreements on fighting global warming.

Like anything, though, people will believe what they want to believe, and nine under-documented statements can be interpreted as proof that the entire argument is flawed.

It means irrelevant. A british judge is not a scientist or climatologist. He simply gives environmental haters another straw man to prop up.

The judge ruled, and rightly so, that Al Gore's apocalyptic view of climate conditions was an exaggeration and should not be viewed by youngsters without adult supervision.
That is the same language Judges use with child molesters and the movie ratings people use with pornography.

Inadequate proof in scientific terms means "unsupportable and unpublishable".
Any person who knowing publishes or supports such information is committing intellectual fraud and would be laughed out of the scientific community.
By producing a documentary based on inadequately supported information, Mr Gore KNOWINGLY committed and act of intellectual dishonesty. In other words.... HE IS LYING.
Why don't liberals understand this?

it means those 9 statements are outright lies. now that his stupid movie is getting so much attention, any scientists who want to have any credibility ten years from now, need to distance themselves from the man made global warming myth. it is nothing but the latest vehicle for world wide communism. if you didn't know, algores daddy was bought and paid for by armand hammer, a communist connected with the soviets.
