Its like they see a car or a truck and they runs towards it! Why is that? I was walking and i saw this cat walking crossing the street then the cat saw a car coming and then cat runs towards where the car is coming from lol what up with that?

Pure panic!
Think about it! Something several times larger than you are is approaching faster than you can run and it is making noises you are not familiar with. If that happened to me... I would run in any direction I could with the hope of escaping!
In all seriousness though..... think of a bouncing ball in an empty gym.. it generates a lot of echo's. If you use what you hear to give you a direction to escape then you may just run in the wrong direction. Some animals are more dependant on what they hear than what they see because that sense is more acute for them.

Panic and the fact that sound bounces differently at ground level. We hear sound different at our height than we would if our heads were 8" above the ground, the cats (and other animals) don't know which direction the sound is coming from and start to panic. The street sweepers here really scare all the cats inside and out, because the hissing is at just the wrong frequency for them to identify what direction it's in, they all run.
