I'm going to write a book saying that God told me you all have to worship me because I'm the second comming and that you must believe it because God says, in my book, that it is true!!!

My ear seems to be pretty clogged up with wax, and I can't get it with a q-tip. So I tried using a syringe to flush it out.

It's a bit better now but it still feels a little clogged up. I was told that putting a few drops of olive oil in my ear will help soften it up, but I don't have any.

Is there anything else I can do besides flushing it out with warm water?

My cat, Sophia, was hit by a truck last night. It broke one of her back legs and resulted in a hernia. We weren't able to get her into the vet until this morning, and they said they aren't going to operate until Monday. Has anyone gone thru this before? What are her chances of making it through this? How serious are hernias?

Please prey for my girl, Sophia, she's my baby and I love her so much. Thank you everyone for any help.

Now in my state if I am the victim of DV I cannot get services but my dog can. You can't tell me that DV against men does not exist and not one single man could benefit from public DV services, yet if any man was in need of this type of service he would be refused.
You all can try and justify it by saying that it is not a substancial problem enough to receive state funds but then again you would be saying that the men who are victim of DV don't matter enough and should not matter enough to receive any type of help.
How is that an inaccurate accessment? If poverty was a very small problem affecting a very few number of people would you advocate disallowing those affected by it any type of service?

Back in July my husband of 8 yrs. up and left me for another woman he found online for sex. My friends and family are so supportive everyone keeps telling me to take care of myself, my daughter (from a previous marriage), and everything else will evantually just fall into place. We have no children together and he did not leave me financially strapped. I always kept everything financially seperate from this man including my house and bank acct. I am haunted in my house of memories of him & even driving through town. Will this awful feeling ever go away? I know time heals all wounds but I feel like I am traumatized by what he did to me. I look back & see that he really wasn't that good of a husband. He did not treat me the way I deserved to be treated being the loyal, caring wife that I was. I'm trying to move forward but it is so hard. I almost have the feeling that I will never meet a nice man or ever trust another one again.
