ok so i want to make a powerpoint with an animated character that talks and moves throughout the presentation, similar to a cartoon. So how would i do this? what program would i use?? i'm soooooo confused!!! please help me!!!! Thank you!!!!

Powerpoint has animations. Just open the task pane and choose one, or get one online. Then you can make it do all kinds of things, depending on what preferences you choose. I guess that's what you mean.

I think Sue gave a pretty good answer, but it's only part of the story. I would make animated gifs of the cartoon characters that need to move around in the presentation and then use PowerPoint's animations to move them around, as Sue suggested.
