By the way, im 15, folks.Whenever I give a hug to a girl that I like, i get an erection. It's nothing big, it's just weird. Im afraid one day, she'll notice it. Will it always be this way. Ive seen other guys my age, hug and kiss girls without any problems, why is this happening to me. I feel so..immature(yes, i probably am, but that aint the point).

...do you think the testmaker is competent? Do you think think it is an reliable and valid test that places people appropriately?

My personal position is no, the testmaker isn't very competent. And I say that because every life is different so it would be impossible to standardize the test conditions. With life being uneven as it is, I think the only just judgement would be that everyone goes the same afterlife or to one that is singularly unique for them.

But I want to know what you think. Do you think the testmaker knows what he/she/it is doing? If this life is a test, should it be revised?

Well, its like what it says above, except that he's actually a couple of interviews away from being one. I just want to know what that life is like. He says that the companies told him that they are very considerate about letting employees stay fixed when they have families, but others I've spoken to say this just isn't what happens. Also, they said that what would happen would be him going out to the oil rigs for 1 or 2 weeks, and coming back for 1 or 2 etc. What's this like, both before and after kids?

This is a little quote from an answer regarding mormons.

"Read the Bible, throw the Mormon crap away. We are told of false idols and profits. They have a false profit, the only way to Heaven is through Jesus, not through that moron who decide to add his chapters to fulfill his ego"

If a christian knows that some parts of another christian holy book (of course not his!) are flawed and that they were added because of someone's ego, doesn't that christian accept the idea that some parts of his own holy book were added for the same reasons?
How can you know the bible is the true word of god? Others claim that other books are the truth and the word of god, what arguments made you "know" your religion is true?

This question is not for everyone... basicly, just for those who "know the truth". I want to know their truth too

It's that time of the month again, and I feel really low. Even simple things get me down, and I find myself reading way too much into things, and upsetting myself over silly little meaningless things.

I am 23 and so single!! Have been for like - forever!!! It doesn't bother me that much, but find myself feeling lonely, and I miss that feeling of butterflies in my stomach thinking of someone that I like. There's just no-one taking my fancy at all, and I'm not taking anyone else's either.

Just felt like a good old moan!!!!!!!! Any tips to cheer me up? Please don't say retail therapy as I am severely skint too!!! lol! Never thought I'd say it, but it'll only make me feel worse in the end up!!!!!

I believe that time is an energy-related function that is asymptotic, that is, it has a limit that does not allow traveling backwards in time. "Time travel" can only occur when you accelerate such that time begins to occur more slowly for you than for everyone else, therefore you are in effect "traveling to the future." This is in agreement with relativity and with what others say. You can accelerate as much as possible, traveling farther into "the future," but NEVER into the past, and when you stop you reach (I wouldn't call it "transport" into) a time in the future relative to the time that elapsed for everyone else. Since you were absent from any period in between (you were "time traveling"), and you arrive at a future endpoint, no paradox can exist. There are NO two of you at any one time. You only exist where you are whenever you are: in the current time, "time traveling" faster relative to everyone else, or at the future endpoint after you finished your "time travel." Opinions?

= 8.234 m/s

(b) If the trampoline behaves like a spring with spring stiffness constant 5.2 104 N/m, how far does he depress it?
