You'll have to take the car to a dealer and show proof of ownership and your ID in order for them to look up the code for your radio. Sometimes they have to remove the radio in order to get the serial number to get the code.

When your battery goes dead or is changed and the power to the car is disrupted, the radio automatically goes into lock mode as if someone is stealing it. If you don't have the code for it, try a dealer or this site...

Go to the dealer for the code. They will check the vin number then give you the codes. The rite serviceman will reset it for you as well.

find the car manual it should tell you how to unlock, if no manual contact the dealer/manufacturer
