It's that time of the month again, and I feel really low. Even simple things get me down, and I find myself reading way too much into things, and upsetting myself over silly little meaningless things.
I am 23 and so single!! Have been for like - forever!!! It doesn't bother me that much, but find myself feeling lonely, and I miss that feeling of butterflies in my stomach thinking of someone that I like. There's just no-one taking my fancy at all, and I'm not taking anyone else's either.
Just felt like a good old moan!!!!!!!! Any tips to cheer me up? Please don't say retail therapy as I am severely skint too!!! lol! Never thought I'd say it, but it'll only make me feel worse in the end up!!!!!

I am on the pill, and although it helps with the pain, it doesn't seem to help me with the emotional issues.
I also take a vitamin B6 supplement as it is meant to be good for female hormones.
I get out and about quite a lot, so it's not as if I'm a hermit - believe me! This is the first Saturday night in months that I haven't been out socialising!
