i have this pain right near my last 2 ribs on the right side(towards the middle )and its not that sharp and it comes and goes.. feels like im full just in that area...

We (actually my husband) rented out a house for a "friend of a friend". He and his 2 teenagers needed somewhere to live. Rented him the house starting last october, $350/month, with no lease. My hubby gave him 2 months rent FREE until he got back on his feet.
In Aug. he called my cell and left a voicemail stating they were moving out.
In Sept. my hubby went there and the guy still had stuff in the house, plus like 5 JUNK CARS on the property!
I drove by last week and the junk cars are still on the property.
On Oct. 9th, this week he wrote us a check for $350, and on the MEMO it says "August rent, last month of residence, final payment.
What about Sept. rent?? Wouldn't he have to pay it, if he still had stuff in there along with the cars on property? We KNOW he was still there in Sept., because the dog was tied up on the porch. He's stating he didn't live there, he shouldn't have to pay rent.
So without a lease, or we screwed out of Sept. rent?

I'm writing something and I can't remember what songs we sung in school, apart from the timeless classic "Wheels on the Bus". I especially want something that might have a slightly creepy undertone, or could have one read into it. No religious songs as this story is set in a non-religious school. I filled out a free ap online to see if we qualified for any grants. I filled in that i have an autistic son and was looking for housing grant. The site said the ap would be evaluated and if we qualified for any someone would contact us in 2-4 days. Some guy e=mailed me, which i never got around to responding to it. A week later he called me. He said that we should be able to qualify for at least $5000, maybe more considering our financial sit. The fee of $345 is a one time fee for the legal work and he would have my bank online verifying the info. His name was Joshua and he gave link www.nationlprocesscenter.org. I checked this link out and it said that whoever gave this link may be a scam. How do you know?

If I should either just let this go until he brings it up or bring up.

First off I want to say I love my husband more than anything. And I have trust issue, he knows this and knows I'm insecure, especially since I"m pregnant.
Anyway. The other day, out of sheer intution, plus nosyness he was on the computer on myapce and looking at this girls page, asked who she was, he was like noone some girl. Okay whatever I get stupid friend invites all the time to. Well a few days pass and he keeps going to her page. So yes and I shouldn't have done this this was wrong of me. But I felt like he was lieing so I wanted to see for myself. Well the whore lives like 15 minutes away and he was leaving comments sexual ones on her page and sending her sexual messages. So I earse her from his list and block her from contacting him.
Yesterday he wasn't on the computer at all but was on it till like 3 AM the night before, so yes I checked it again this morning (continued)
