There are not only the divas that did not came out..
HHH didn't came out
Bobby Lashley didn't came out(he said that he doen't care if someone is injured!!)
Jim Ross didn't came out
Jerry Lawler
King Booker
John Cena
Umaga
*edit* Yeah Mikey action,i agree with you.but i said that to mock Vince who said that all of the Superstars must be out..
Umaga wasn't there and HHH wasn't because of the storyline(HBK's return)

Because they don't seem to be a threat to Orton. Only the male wrestlers were supposed to come out. If you ask me, Orton isn't a real champion. When he defeats Cena when he's (John) at his best and when he's not interrupting Cena's every match and beating him with the help of others for more than a month then he will be a true champ. Orton can't even defeat Umaga, so what the hell is he the champion anyway?

Bobby Lashley - he is legitimatly injured
Jim Ross - was already out there announcing
Jerry Lawler- see above
King Booker- having problems with the company
