On Oprah the other day, Dr. Mehmet Oz said that the best thing we can eat is fiber. I wanna know what's better, grains or veggies/fruits? Sometimes I either don't have or don't want grains, and prefer veggies and fruits instead. Is this okay, or would grains be a better source of fiber than produce? Does it matter - is it a toss up between grains and produce? What's the scoop? Any and all information is most welcome, thanx.

i was wondering if i dont have a hd tv will the graphics still be good on a regularly tv? and also would it be worth buying blue-ray dvds to watch or would it be the same graphics on a standard tv? i want a ps3 i dont have an HD tv so should i still get a ps3? i dont wanna waste my money if i dont have good graphics. also can i play battlefield 2 online on the ps3 its a ps2 game though? and can you transfer your memory on your memory card to the hards drive and how and what do you need for that?

Young black kid died after receiving a beating which made him unconcious and then he died a day later because of a undiagnosed blood disorder. The kid was a juvenile offender in a florida police military style boot camp to correct him. the guards and nurses were not guilty for manslaughter in the trial today.

My question is how can it be legal for florida to run a boot camp for juvenile offenders and BEAT the JUVENILES and its legal yet during my military days, when I was in boot camp (2002) the real military, the training instructors are not allowed to lay a hand on you without your permission, let alone hitting you?

amazing, your educated thoughts? what is wrong here.

Theres this guy, whos waaaay out of my league and is liked by most girls and is 2 years older. Recently doing a school production with him, he kept looking over to me, laughing at my jokes, pulling my ipod out of my pocket and looking at everything on it but not listening to it :S and naturally like in conversation touching me (to varify not in a sexual way !!) just my stomach and hands. My BF and I broke up b/c we are wanting two different things from a relationship right now. I (28 yo) would like to find someone to go the distance with and he isn't ready to find someone to do that with yet. He says he still loves me, misses me, but needs time to get his act together in order to be the man that I need. Which is true, but how can a man take such a chance to lose someone he claims to love so much? A friend offered me a dog. Here's the information she gave me so far:

My passport is in process..And I need to go to Mexico by October 20th--I'm confused the TRAVEL.gov tell's me is processing.And the customer rep told me is"Suspended" I don't know what to do? Do I call AIRLINE and see if I can get a REFOUND back or Tell Passport agent that...
Stop with the BS and send me my passport or else I won't get my MONEY DINERO back..wtf to do..and that would be REAL REAL BAD..If airline does not let me transfer plus they charge $100 per person..to change date omg...LOST...help?
