My period in Oct came early like by a week is it possible I could be pregnant ,because it keeps spotting like going light to heavy.

have you taken a pregnancy test ? Despite your period coming this does not mean that you may not be pregnant,but at the same time it could just be that your cycle is changing and that's perfectly normal. You should try taking contraceptive that's another method of limiting possibilities of getting pregnant and also regulating your menstrual cycle.
I suggest you take a home pregnancy test just for now see what the result may be.
