My mom was head cook in my school cafeteria and they made fresh pizzas, home made style The teachers all ate a school lunch on pizza days.

They actually had roast beef and potatoes once in a while. I loved those days.
I remember there was this janitor that was really old and he would sit by the trashcan and you couldn't put your tray directly into the trashcan you had to hand it to him and he would take leftovers and put them on another tray for himself.
I don't think he got by with that for too long but I just remember a big stack of roast beef sitting there.

The REDSKIN SPECIAL...hamburger and french fries. What a treat when you are in elementary school!! Now, as an adult, I wouldn't touch to save my life!!

In elementary, I didn't like anything they served so I had peanut butter and jelly everyday and I loved it!!!
