I believe so, because when theres a test... I know i dont get to fully have REM because my mind is still trying to keep recalling the information I stored earlier, and with the lucid dreaming i'm still technically sleeping, but my mind will still be running all night long.

I believe the subconcious processes events of the previous day. This is why tough decisions can be made better "if you sleep on it".

I process decisions in my sleep while I am floating around. It's funny to watch the look on peoples faces when they see that I can fly.

I think so, that may explain sometimes when we know we need to do a task but we're too tired and nod off-but keep waking up really quickly. It's like our minds were thinking about it.
Also, I once woke up in a middle of a thought..afterwards I was like "Why did I wake up with a mid-sentence in my mind?"
What was I thinking about? heh

yes. you dream. dreaming is like your brain telling a story. your dreams can either be black and white or in color. i think most dreams r in black and white, but ive had quite a few that were in color. they can also be in first person, where you see the action in the dream through your eyes and third person, where you see yourself.
