Hi, I've been trying to lower my blood pressure, I'm only 23 and have high blood pressure, im not obese, I weight about 168-170 and im about 5'8.5" About 3 years ago I weighed about 125, then when I met my girlfriend and started staying at her house, I gained the 35lbs or so rather quickly. I read online that Magnesium, Potassium, and Calcium help lower blood pressure. I got some vitamins, and some magnesium pills. Theres not a lot of potassium or calcium in the vitamins though, I figured I get enough calcium, and planned to eat more foods with potassium. But after reading some of the foods that are high in potassium, I may get enough of that too, I drink quite a bit of orange and apple juice, and eat a lot of potatoes.

What else can I do to try to lower it? My grandpa died at a rather young age from a heart attack, and I would like to avoid that from happening to me. Thanks

My friend just told me today that she fancies another girl in our school. She keeps telling me she can't stop staring at her.
She also admitted she used to fancy me too.

I am okay with it, and got no problem with it, but I am scared for her because she say she cuts herself over it and says she has even thought of killing herself over it. I kept telling her it was normal for our age (we're both under 16) and it'll just be a phase but she says when she is 16 she will kill herself if she still fancies girls.
I told her she might be bi because she fancies guys too, but i hate seeing her so angry.
This girl she fancies is going on holiday soon so my friend has only got tomorro to tell her. (My friend WANTS to tell that girl.)

How should she?
and what can i do?

They do not have tax exempt status and they are inc. There bible/book study tactics have been compared to those used by the Chinese on American P.O.W.s in Korean war to turn them against the U.S. They teach that you may have to stop associating with your family, (My parents would not come to my home to see there own grand children because my wife and i were not married at the time!) They work doing "recruiting" for the the "Watch Tower and Awake inc." keep a time card and report the "Elders" and they don't get paid,They give what they can to the W-T &A inc. which is a multi BILLION $ Co. Just would like to hear what you think, any of this sound like your church too?

Why does the Catholic Chuch teach that divorce is permitted? Even saying they have the power to give annulments? There is nothing about annulments in the Bible. Are you adding to God's words? Where did this come from? Can you explain?

Doesnt the Bible say that what God has put together, let no MAN take apart?

Read Romans 7:1 Divorce is NOT permitted in the Bible.

Does the Church's dogma out trump God's word? I don't think so?

How many thing annulments is just another way for the Catholic Church to raise money?

How can you have a marriage cerimony where 2 people become one in God's eyes. Then turn around and tear them apart because some man said it was OK?

so i fell really hard for this one guy i started dating because he was the sweetest person ever..he took me on several dates, we texted constantly, we called each other, have so many things in common, he cooked me my favorite food, we saw movie together and holded hands..then he drops me off and we kiss finally..it was so adorable..but just that..than the next day he calls me to tell me that he wants to stay in contact just that he doesnt want to be in a relationship because he has never had a single life...he had a 3yr relationship and a 2yr relationship so he wants to take it slow..BUT I REALLY LIKE HIM AND DON'T WANT TO LOSE HIM..wat do i do? how do i act? to not lose him and i dont know if he should know that i like him? did he leave me because i kissed him?! im so confused..and it seems that he doesnt even know how much i liked him

I have to take the cat to the vet and told dh I was going to have to rush home from work, get the cat, take her to the vet, rush home and rush back to work. He said that it's only going to be 57 degrees and she would be ok in the car, in the pet taxi for 4 hours. I feel uncomfortable with that. What do you think?

I know no one can tell me yes or no, but just need advice. I'm in my 20's and have a grade school child. I've been living for the the same guy for about 8yrs and he's raised my daughter as his own from infancy. He doesn't love me or like me. Though we tend to fool each other and act like a couple from time to time.
This is my last chance to have another baby because of health reasons. But its just getting worse between him and I. He already told me he won't sign the birth certificate and I can't fight with him to be a father. He doesn't want the baby but says "it is what it is". I can't be a single parent and I have nothing to my name. If we play pretend this baby will most likely cause more resentment and hostility in the house. I don't know what to do..........

My due date is Dec. 8th

They certainly aren't the first two bands in the history of music to release albums without the support of a label, but they are very well-established and respected by fans, insiders and their fellow musicians.

Do you think this will start a trend in the industry, or will it be just a fluke? And if this is the start of something permanent, what does this mean for the labels and for the business itself?
