Could it happen? If Torre is fired (I believe he and Posada are very close) , the Mets don't resign LoDuca and Omar Minaya throws a ton of money at Jorge, maybe it could. How would Met fans feel about that?

I am studying n bible with one of my Christians friend.
I have been explained about Jesus’s scarify for salvation of human generations.

As I have been told, Jesus is the son of God or his firstborn. He was in heavens with God before coming to earth.

Jesus came to Earth and suffered. He gave away his life to save human beings.

He went back to Heavens and is with God.

So I understand, he was God (or Godlike), was in heavens, came to Earth, scarified, and went back to Heavens.
The life in heavens is, as we all know, is definitely better than life on Earth.
Christians say that Jesus scarified his life.

I feel one makes a scarify when he gives away a better thing for something less.

Jesus gave away his life and got a better thing in return, that is, life in heavens. So how it can be a scarify????

If this was not a scarify, then what is the basis of Salvation concept?

I would like answers from Christians based on Logic, not belief only.

My cat was 9yrs old. He became sick on Monday, felt cold to touch, seemed in pain in his abdomin area,would not eat or drink and was throwing up. I took him to the vet yesterday. The vet said he was blocked, took his temp (99.2) and did a bun test which came back over 200. He told me that they could flush him out but he only had a 25% chance of his kidneys regaining usage. I opted to put him to sleep. Did I do the right thing?

How did you do it when your lil one began to crawl then walk?
We have an area rug in the living room but I dont think thats enough. He can't get a grip when he is trying to crawl on the wood. He slips and on Friday he fell really bad :( I can take his socks off but in Cali. it is now getting cold.

Should we get rug? or are there any tips you can give me?

I tuned into the debate last night at a friend's house a few minutes prior to the start of the debate. Msnbc was broadcasting "humerous" youtube shorts and a brief claymation film poking fun of Larry Craig's prediciment. It looked like something from saturday night live. I don't own a tv, so, I gotta ask, is stuff this tasteless and stupid routine for political broadcasting on TV these days?

my wife is taking me to a costume party, She wants me sexy, feminine, and to really stand out (theat seems redundant!) She is trying to decide which i should be, a french maid or a slave girl. Which should it be? We really want to go all out so any suggestions to really do it up would be great!!!!! I am getting ready to move into our first home. I was just speaking with my friend, who defines himself as a "true atheist", because "not only don’t I believe in a 'god' or Supreme Being, but I don’t believe in souls, miracles, interconnectivity of any species, or any of that BS".....

Whats with pushing a 3some? Our sex life is awesome and there shouldn't be a need. This is reality, not fantasy. He even served me up on a platter yesterday to some guy he doesn't even know. I would NEVER have sex with another man, unless I was divorced. Why does he lust other women ALL the time? Not getting it at all...Help me understand this. He strokes himself all the time and even came yesterday as I read the chat info in complete shock. I'm starting to think he needs some kind of mental health treatment in the area of sex. HELP!
