I hate really long explanations, so here are just the bare bone details:
-My current job hasn't been treating myself or the other employees well at all
-I have a job offer making slightly more money
-The person I would be replacing is quitting next week and they need someone immediately

Do I just give a few days notice? (how rude)
or
Do I just take the other job?

1)I went and got his original birth certificate. He was named "Baby Boy ******" do you think it hurt him to see he didn't have a name?

2)We plan on to move to a community that has many adoptive families and a great special-needs program. Do you think it will help to be around other adopted children?

3)We have tons of pics of everyone in the b-family ( I got them myspace...is that wrong?)

4)I attempt to keep in contact with b-family (but they're not to interested.) Should I keep trying or just accept that they don't want contact?

5) kept the doggie his b-dad bought for him when he was in the NICU. I let him play with it and he keeps it in his crib. I want him to enjoy it.

6) I have all of his birth records and an extensive medical history of both sides of the fam. Will it hurt him to read about the day he was born. HE was SOOOO sick and almost died because of the decisions his b-parents made. Not sure how to handle this one. I know to be honest, but it'll hurt him.

You know, sometimes people are in a situation where they need to fly with their kids. Yet, I asked a question about taking a long flight earlier and I got so mnay rude replies I wasn't bargaining for. People have kids. Yeah, I'd really not like to bother you during your flight either, and I'll make sure my kid wont kick your seat, throw a tantrum, be loud, to the best of my ability. But she is a person too. I guess its wrong for me to want to keep my family together, in order for that to happen, my child needs to travel by air.
Furthermore, this will be her first time flying, however, I live very far away from my whole family. I've made the trip by car once, but that was with my husband swapping driving shifts. I'm not about to drive alone with a child when I have the God given right to buy a plane ticket like everybody else.
What it comes down to, I guess, is some people just don't like kids.

...Huh? How is he doing this?
He's playing on a 12 string guitar but I want to do that on a 6 string. How is he creating so much sound at once? (He's only plucking a few strings but while he's hitting the lower notes high notes sound almost simueltaneously!!!)

-finally started to get together and things were going great

She has only guys texting and calling her everyday, but she made get rid of every girl who was just a friend. It seems like alot of girls think when guys have girls who are just friends, thier automatically cheating. But when girls have guy friends they always say their easier to get along with. WHY?

Should I be worried that he's coming on to me?
He's kinda friendly anyway and hugs me all the time so I'm thinking it was just innocent, but what I've heard about his past relationships makes me think he might try and fool around on her, possibly with a guy if he's thinking of trying something new.

I have a Toyota Camry 1989. It is leaking oil so I put about a quart in every month. The oil is therefore pretty clean, but it's time to change the filter. Is it possible to change the filter without draining the oil? How? (I'm assuming it's not too hard to change oil...)

Also, would it be bad to drain the oil, change the filter, and put the oil back in again?

I have a lump on my second and third finger on the right hand. The lumps are on the second joint of the fingers on the sides. They dont hurt and feel like bone, i do martial arts and break boards with my hand do you think this could be the cause? and why are there lumps?. Thanks for your help.
