I have a lump on my second and third finger on the right hand.?

I have a lump on my second and third finger on the right hand. The lumps are on the second joint of the fingers on the sides. They dont hurt and feel like bone, i do martial arts and break boards with my hand do you think this could be the cause? and why are there lumps?. Thanks for your help.

These bumps could be a cyst in an area called the synovial joint. Yes, it's possible it could be because of the board breaking but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
